No body can answer that question, if we could we would be rich! Now, if you love the house and your realtor is telling you that is the proper value for the current market, then I say go for it! I bought a house in the Seattle area 2 months ago, if I waited, I might have saved a bit of money, but we love the house and did not want to pass it up!
