What do you mean by 'damaged'?

If they're something like RUINED, as in stepped on or something, then you need to cut off any branches of the plant that hold onto old damaged flowers or whatever.

If they're just WILTED, and they're perrenials (flowers that last long) then you just need to fertilize and water.

If they are annuals (opposite of perennials) then you need to dig them out of the ground.
You need to know that I am not an expert, but I do have an opinion....ha. The fruit trees need to be pruned, but not now. You need to do this in the late fall or early spring, when the trees are dormant. Prune the tomatoes now. I cut all of the leaves off of all of the branches except for the end three. They look stupid, but put on more tomatoes than you can imagine. You can give them a shot of fertilizer too. Cut the ginger back some too. Take a note pad and write all of your questions about each individual plant, cutting leaves as needed if you want someone to look at specific problems with nutrients etc. and take these to a nursery. I wouldn't go to Home Depot or any place like that. I would go to a place where they have an EXPERT that can help you. Good luck!
